EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Here at BAYSILVER, we strive to make each piece of jewelry as unique and beautiful as the occasion for which it was purchased.
But if your jewelry was defective or not delivered as expected, please let us know immediately.
We will do everything in our power to solve any problems that may arise. If you wish to return or cancel a piece of jewellery, please contact us here.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

New, unused BAYSILVER products can be returned to us within 30 days of the delivery date .
Please note that we at charge all personalized products a handling fee of 30% .

CANCELATION POLICY ON BAYSILVER

As soon as you have placed your order, we will immediately start producing your personal piece of jewellery. If you wish to cancel your order, unfortunately we have to charge you a cancellation fee of 30%

To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service.

Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. The refund will be credited to the account you used to purchase your items. It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund is approved.

BAYSILVER  reserves the right to make changes to this policy at any time. Notification of changes will be posted on this page.
