Is there a stock of the chains marketed on baysilver.de?
All items we offer are available. If you want to buy products in larger quantities, please contact our customer service by phone or email.
Do the colors in the photographs shown correspond exactly to the piece of jewellery?
Each of our items is individually photographed with a special camera. The colors shown here represent the color intensity of our chains well. However, depending on the computer setting of your screen, the colors may differ slightly from the original.
Is it possible to send the item as a gift?
Yes, this option can be booked in addition. If you want to send the goods as a gift, you pay a one-time fee of 2.90 euros. Your gift will then be sent by us in a lovingly designed jewelry box.
What forms of payment does Baysilver.com accept?
You have numerous options for paying for your item. We offer the following payment methods: Payment by bank transfer, advance payment, PayPal®, Klarna, purchase on account, instant transfer and credit card. We accept the following cards: Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Maestro®, JCB®, Union Pay®

When will my return be refunded?
We strive to process your return as quickly as possible. As a rule, you will get your money back after 14 days at the latest upon receipt of the returned goods. If you make a purchase by credit card, we will send the money to your credit card account and if you pay by PayPal, the amount you have paid will be credited to your PayPal account. In the case of a delivery via Klarna, the money will be transferred back via Klarna.
Do you have to accept the goods personally?
Yes. Unfortunately, the goods cannot be thrown in the mailbox. Your safety is important to us. Therefore, our packages can only be handed over to you personally. If you are not there at the moment, there is the possibility of the neighbor accepting goods. The receipt of the package must always be signed with the recipient's signature.
Is it possible to pick up the order?
Yes, the products ordered from us can be picked up at our office.
Please contact our support when picking up your order. You can then make an appointment to pick up your order.
For security reasons, the following documents must be brought with you when picking up the item:

Do we also deliver abroad and are international payment cards accepted?
Yes, at Baysilver.de we also offer the option of sending your piece of jewelery directly abroad. We accept international payment cards such as Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®.
