Within Germany, we deliver all items with a value of €50 or more to your home free of charge. You can track the status of your online order in your customer account at any time using your order number.
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is made from the Baysilver online shop warehouse to the delivery address specified by the customer.
The delivery address and billing address must be within Germany.
Baysilver online shop is entitled to make partial deliveries if this is reasonable for the customer.
If the Baysilver online shop is unable to deliver the ordered goods through no fault of its own, e.g. because the supplier of the Baysilver online shop does not fulfill its contractual obligations, the Baysilver online shop is entitled to withdraw from the customer .
In this case, the customer will be informed immediately that the ordered product is not available and any consideration by the customer will be reimbursed immediately.
The customer's legal claims remain unaffected. If delivery to the customer is not possible because the customer cannot be found at the delivery address specified by him, although the customer was informed of the delivery time within a reasonable period of time, the customer shall bear the costs for the unsuccessful delivery.
Services such as delivery to the place of use or the return of packaging do not apply to island deliveries. There is only a delivery service here. The transport costs are shown separately. The shipping costs are calculated per order and are independent of partial deliveries and the number of items ordered. If, for logistical reasons, a shipment is made in several deliveries, the shipping costs will only be charged once. In the case of payment in advance, the delivery time runs from receipt of payment.
